01適用範囲
本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「LIFE」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いに適用されます。
本アプリは、日々の心身の状態と生活データを一緒に振り返るための記録アプリです。
02取り扱うデータ
ユーザーが入力する記録
心身の評価、生活状況、夕食、メモ、追加したチェック項目への回答。
設定情報
記録項目、生活習慣、リマインダーの設定。
ヘルスケアデータ
許可した場合に限り、Appleのヘルスケアから読み取る歩数と睡眠時間。
Screen Time
OSが保護するReport Extension内で利用時間を表示します。数値を本アプリの記録データとして保存しません。
ウィジェット用データ
ウィジェット表示に必要な最小限のスナップショットを、端末内のApp Group共有領域に保存します。
利用状況データ
次項に記載する一般的な利用状況と技術情報を扱います。

- 入力した記録の履歴、カレンダー、グラフ、気づきを提供するため
- リマインダーおよびウィジェットを提供するため
- 本アプリの一般的な利用状況を把握し、品質を改善するため
04Google Analytics for Firebase
本アプリはGoogle Analytics for Firebaseを導入しており、
アプリの利用時に次の情報がGoogle Firebaseへ送信されます。
- アプリの起動、セッションなどの一般的な利用状況
- ランダムに生成されるアプリインスタンスID
- 端末、OS、アプリのバージョンなどの技術情報
- マスクされたIPアドレスから推定されるおおまかな地域
- 診断情報
心身の評価、夕食、メモ、カスタム回答、HealthKitデータ、Screen Timeの内容はFirebaseへ送信しません。
IDFA、広告ストレージ、広告ユーザーデータ、広告パーソナライズ、SKAdNetwork登録およびアプリ横断トラッキングは使用しません。
自動の画面表示計測とIDFV収集も無効にしています。
送信された解析データにはGoogle/Firebaseの保持方針が適用されます。

05保存と第三者提供
入力した記録、設定、ヘルスケアから読み取った歩数・睡眠時間のコピーは、本アプリの端末内領域に保存されます。
Screen Timeの数値はOSが保護するReport Extension内で表示し、本アプリの記録データとして保存しません。
本アプリは、記録内容や健康データを販売しません。また、広告やアプリ横断トラッキングを目的として第三者へ提供しません。
前項の一般的な利用状況データは、サービス提供者であるGoogle Firebaseが処理します。
06削除とアクセス許可
設定画面の「データ管理」から、日次記録、設定、追加したチェック項目、ウィジェット用データ、
予約済み・配信済みのLIFEの通知を端末から削除できます。
AppleのヘルスケアとScreen Timeにある元データは削除されません。
ヘルスケア、Screen Time、通知に対するOSのアクセス許可も自動では取り消されません。
各アクセス許可はiOSの設定アプリまたはヘルスケアアプリで管理できます。
アプリを削除すると、通常、本アプリの端末内領域に保存されたデータも削除されます。
送信済みのAnalyticsデータにはGoogle/Firebaseの保持方針が適用されます。
07セキュリティ
本アプリは、iOSのアプリサンドボックス、HealthKitおよびFamily Controlsの権限管理など、
Appleが提供する保護機構を利用します。必要な権限は機能ごとに案内し、許可されていないデータにはアクセスしません。
08医療上の注意
本アプリが表示する記録や気づきは、日々の振り返りを支援するためのものです。
医療上の診断、治療、助言を目的としていません。健康上の不安がある場合は、医療専門家へご相談ください。
09ポリシーの変更
機能、利用するサービス、法令やプラットフォーム要件の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。
重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。最新版の施行日はページ上部に表示します。
01Scope
This policy applies to the handling of information in the LIFE iOS app (“LIFE” or “the app”).
LIFE helps you review daily mental and physical well-being together with lifestyle data.
02Data LIFE handles
Information you enter
Mental and physical ratings, lifestyle conditions, dinner, notes, and answers to custom check-in items.
Settings
Check-in items, lifestyle preferences, and reminders.
Health data
With your permission, step count and sleep duration read from Apple Health.
Screen Time
Usage duration is displayed inside the OS-protected report extension and is not stored as LIFE app-record data.
Widget data
A minimal snapshot needed by the widget is stored in the on-device App Group container.
Usage data
LIFE handles the general usage and technical information described below.
03Purposes
- To show changes in well-being, steps, sleep duration, and Screen Time
- To provide history, calendar, charts, and insights from your entries
- To provide reminders and widgets
- To understand general app usage and improve quality
04Google Analytics for Firebase
LIFE includes Google Analytics for Firebase. When you use the app,
LIFE sends the following information to Google Firebase:
- General usage such as app launches and sessions
- A randomly generated app instance ID
- Technical information such as device, OS, and app version
- An approximate region inferred from a masked IP address
- Diagnostic information
LIFE does not send mental or physical ratings, dinner, notes, custom answers, HealthKit data,
or Screen Time content to Firebase. LIFE does not use IDFA, ad storage, ad user data,
ad personalization, SKAdNetwork registration, or cross-app tracking.
Automatic screen reporting and IDFV collection are also disabled.
Analytics data sent to Firebase remains subject to Google/Firebase retention policies.

05Storage and sharing
Your entries, settings, and copies of step count and sleep duration read from Health are stored in LIFE’s on-device container.
Screen Time values are displayed in the OS-protected report extension and are not stored as LIFE app-record data.
LIFE does not sell your entries or health data and does not provide them to third parties for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Google Firebase processes the general usage information described above as a service provider.
06Deletion and permissions
Under Data Management in Settings, you can delete daily entries, settings, added check-in items, widget data,
and LIFE’s scheduled and delivered notifications from the device.
Source data in Apple Health and Screen Time is not deleted. OS permissions for Health, Screen Time,
and notifications are not automatically revoked. Manage those permissions in the iOS Settings or Health app.
Uninstalling LIFE normally removes data stored in the app’s on-device container.
Analytics data already sent remains subject to Google/Firebase retention policies.
07Security
LIFE uses protections provided by Apple, including the iOS app sandbox and the permission systems for HealthKit
and Family Controls. LIFE explains permissions by feature and does not access data that you have not authorized.
08Medical disclaimer
Entries and insights shown by LIFE are intended to support everyday reflection.
They are not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have health concerns.
09Policy changes
We may update this policy when LIFE’s features, services, laws, or platform requirements change.
Material changes will be announced on this page or in the app. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
